OMG, I threw out all my cashews and ordered a black box liver detox for the low, low price on only $350 hoping to cleanse myself.

Maybe I can fish out the can of cashews out of the trash, but I think I am stuck detoxing my liver.

stopped eating peanuts one day. tested the next. shbg went from 98 to 20! must try guyz

Sounds like the Oleic acid. Peanuts have quite a bit and its been researched to increase SHBG however their not the only source.
