PDE5i Drugs and Tolerance

In the experience of the Forum, how likely is tolerance to develop with extended use of these drugs? Certainly there's buzz around the internet about that issue, but my pharmacist and doctor, though admitting they have seen it happen, claim that it's very rare. As a daily user of Cialis, with good results, it's something in the back of my mind. Many thanks.

I started daily cialis about 6 weeks ago. It was very effective for about the first week then the effectiveness started decline, it is now to the point where it doesn't seem to be doing much of anything any more. I'm thinking of giving it a break for a week or two and then trying again.

Sorry to learn that Cialis isn't helping as it did when you started it. I've been using it for nearly a year as part of my overall TRT protocol. I have to say, I'm still pleased with my response to it, but think of "tolerance" every day when I take it.

Some men do not respond to PDE5 inhibitors specially if they are nitric oxide deficient or have a lot of penile vascular issues (fibrosis, etc).

Have you tried Trimix?
