When it comes to vascular health daily PDE-5i takes the cake!

Daily tadalafil (2.5-5 mg) is taken the same time every day.

Does not matter which time of day you choose.

I take mine right before bed which elimates any of the sides I tend to experience if I take it during waking hours.

Some men on daily may still take a dose 2 hours before sex to drive up blood levels and take advantage of the Tmax.

Tadalafil (5-20 mg) can also be taken on-demand 2 hours before sex.

Tadalafil does not need to be taken on an empty stomach but even than you will get a better kick taking it on an empty stomach.

Sildenafil (25-100 mg) is taken on-demand an hour before sex.

Sildenafil needs to be taken on an empty stomach.

I have tons of cialas 5 mgs. I feel like sometimes it speeds the heart rate up due to vasodialition. Anyone thing this is a down side?

Other than that I love it
