Yikes! All you want is an erection and you could end up choking on your food. Shit.

I'm in that boat as relates to psychiatric medications. Been through 35 of every class and all I ever get are side effects. The worst was with Zyprexa, an atypical antipsychotic. Took a tiny dose and within an hour I felt intense rage, like I'd kill someone if they said something to me or cut me off in traffic. And I was working at the time. Frightening six hours until the drug wore off.

Doc script said to take it 30 mins prior. For me I got instant bang ....and it tastes good too.

Again, if I'm fasting on that day the impact of PDE5i is even better.

There're times I took Viagra while having beef lunch, no erection.....the doc that gives ***** give me that tips not to take food and alcohol 3 hours prior.

Every time I take Cialis I get Dysphagia (Food stuck in esophagus).

That's interesting. I have some heartburn food sitting at the top of my throat symptoms sometimes and didn't consider 2.5 mg cialis daily could be contributing. Thanks

But the side effects were very distracting and sex usually occured sometime after dinner one and a half hour after dinner. Yes, exactly. Dyspepsia extreme, nausea and sinus conjestion. Response variable, result,gerd, barrets, precancer treatment. These can be great but are not without risks. I now use caverject or trimix.

For me, trimix causes aching for one hour. Bimix is working. Problem with Bimix/Trimix injection is less sensitivity.....Tried Trimix gel(urethra), this one is making it bigger but not much erection.

There's another cream,Erectin, that I found to be working also but not for long, I think this one is YMMV too and almost has no side effect.

When I see my urologist I'll discuss PT-141. I'm interested in Trimix but you have to plan when you're going to have sex since it's 'one and done'. Hard for an hour or two, but no rebound erections. My understanding of PT-141 is that a man can have erectile function on and off for a couple of days, bu I know that there could be a wide therapeutic window. Even when I was getting erections, my wife could be moody and, in the middle of foreplay, pull the plug. Thus my interest in PT-141 and the ability(I hope) to be spontaneous. If it's a no go one day, maybe the next day or in a few hours.

I have never had issues with choking during eating but literally after reading this I have been having issues… you ruined it for me

I find the chocking thing interesting as I've had the same issue and never put it together.
Been using viagra since 2007.
I am ordering Stendra now from an online pharmacy.
The two times I've tried it it worked well.
Even a second erction 12-16 hours later which is rare for as I have little refractory time.
I think that's the right word?

Cialis at 5mg gaves me headaches like I was KO by a baseball bat. Libido works but I wish to die. Will try half of the dose and report back.

Since I have no experience using it, I can't comment. My doctor must find Empower's compounded products of good quality.

Yep it's a problem alright especially if you have a haital hernia. Took pde5s for about 15 years. Pde5 contribute to gerd and barrets if you take them long enough. I take low dose for therapy but have to use caverject for true erections.
