She's quite handy. Have you ever tried making L. Reuteri yogurt? Probably the healthiest biotic out there. Quite an advantage to self-made, since you can source organic ingredients.

I agree. Gut bacteria is so important we all should be taking a good probiotic and a pre-probiotic. I'm sure I'll never find the time to make the yogurt either.
