Opinions on my Blood Work

Hi all, 27M 200lbs 20%bf. Been experiencing 3/4ths of low T symptoms for the last two years. Finally got my bloodwork done and am heavily considering TRT. I would love any opinions on how my SHBG, Estrogen, total T and free T levels look and how they may be effected (or how yours was effected) on TRT and just a general outlook before I go reaching out. Thanks in advance.

Your total T does look a bit low for a 27year old. But SHBG binds to Testosterone and makes it unavailable for androgenic purposes, since you have a low SHBG level your free T is actually ok. I'm not an expert, I'm just learning as I'm in a similar situation but the opposite way round (high total T, but high SHBG resulting in low free T). I'm getting a follow up test done to see where I'm at, maybe that would be a good idea for you too.

You have low-T and also have low estrogen. The ranges for estrogen include little boys and men, so a normal estrogen level for an adult male is 20>.

Low estrogen can cause osteoporosis. The problem getting a doctor to prescribe TRT is the doctors follow outdated guidelines which is <300.

Private clinics may be your only avenue for TRT. The low SHBG might be genetic if no other causes are found. Diabetes, thyroid disorders can supress the SHBG.

My SHBG went up on TRT because my diabetes, glucose are normal, therefore diabetes isn't supressing my SHBG.

Do you have an A1C or fasting glucose result?
