Please remind us - your age? This is pre-TRT, right? Ranges for you labs?

However, your total testosterone is certainly low and would result in treatment by a well-informed doctor. TSH, in isolation, is of limits value. A full thyroid evaluation includes TSH, t3, t4, rt3, and an antibodies test.

Long story, but for over 10 yrs, I've had constant ED, numbness of penis, no sensitivity of penis, no libido whatsoever, no morning or night erections whatsoever, tired fatigued depressed anxiety etc etc I've had it all,
I've now seen an endo who tested me for low T and I'm on nebido, all good and I'm happy
But I'm also angry and confused that my doc and 3 urologists never in all these years tested me for low T, a simple test they should have known to do that's why I'm angry an confused, I didn't have to live the life I've lived and wasted my youth, the endo and myself believe these guys are answerable,
What do ye guys think

You need to stop going to GPs and Endos and seek out a TRT specialist. The sad fact is that the average doctor knows next to nothing about TRT as you have learned.

I agree whole-heartedly with ERO.
You need to avoid 99% of Endo's and all Primary Care Physician's or GP's.
They treat numbers, not patients with symptoms and even if you're at the bare bottom of the "range", they'll say you should be okay.
I experienced that 4 times before I found PrimeBody.

The member is in Ireland. Like so many men living outside the US, it is a challenge for him to obtain professionally managed TRT. That said, he had a solid-sounding consultation recently.

Thanks guys
But I am with an endo now, and he knows what he is on about, started TRT and am on nebido evey 8 weeks which Nelson says is brilliant couldn't ask for better.
I was just ranting about how my doc and urologists didn't do the simplest of tests on my ED, its unbelievable to me that they didn't check my T levels over the years given my symptoms, and cos of that I suffered needlessly, something that has really angered me
