Nutrient timing revisited: is there a post-exercise anabolic window?

Sticking with a TRT related theme, I would ask him how endogenous hormone replacement affects nutrient uptake in the body and what dietary adjustments are needed in order to maximize muscle recovery and growth.

If you want one question that will turn into a 45 min interview, ask him (Alan) if a low-carbohydrate diet is the most effective method for losing body-fat?
