I’ve always read 1 gm/ pound body weight for muscle growth. The hit the gym 3 time a week and give it as close to 100% as I can. And eat at a slight deficit during the week so I can enjoy a few cold ones on the weekend . I’m to the point we’re my joints will never allow me to pack on muscle (I’m 46). So does the same 1gm/pound protein apply. Or does it dro a little. I’ve always wondered
