No erections

Hi all,

Switched from Nebido 1000mg 4ml every 8 weeks to Testosterone Cyponiate 50mg x twice week, 3 weeks in now, and no erections since starting Test C.....

When I was on nebido, from week 2 to week 6 very strong erections, week1 and weeks 7 and 8 pretty poor erections.

But now no erections at all on 50mg test Cyp twice weekly

Any advice

You’re dealing with a short ester, hormone levels are less constant and are in fact swinging. The PK profiles of cypionate aren’t even close to Nebibo.

When I was on nebido, from week 2 to week 6 very strong erections, week1 and weeks 7 and 8 pretty poor erections.

This indicates lower hormone levels at weeks 1 and 7 & 8. Cypionate spikes hormones higher more quickly compared to Nebido. If this causes a poor response you either need to inject smaller doses, more frequently or switch to a shorting acting ester, such as the new oral testosterone formulations, Jatenzo, Orlando and or Kyzatrex.

Every 3.5 days on cyp should actually be pretty low fluctuation, my guess is either cyp is not good for you, or the dose results in unfavorable balance of testosterone metabolites. Pretty sure erections will not appear but i guess waiting until 6 weeks has passed would be smart anyway.

My guess, based on the nebido observation, is that it is not enough T.

I was on .4ml twice week = 160mg, a member here systemlord advised drop t0 100mg week so I dropped to .25ml twice week
