I Have finally found out why I feel like shit! I am on TRT but never felt good like all the things I read!

It turns out I have high Reverse T3. Has anyone successfully cleared it using T3 - Im about to try the standard t3 cycle for 6 weeks and hope it works! I think taking T3 the once 10 years ago on a cycle (badly) is the answer to a decade of hell...

I have not taken T3, but also have high Reverse T3 (27). From my understanding, it's best to check and treat adrenals first before taking thyroid medication. Not to mention, your Free T3 is not that bad. Have you had a 4x salivary cortisol test done?
