New to TRT and Protocol Not Working

Gentlemen. I am 45 yo and usually just troll this site for info but I've decided to ask for some help as I sit here feeling like dogsh*t. I already know I have low T and I'll be short with the background. 1st diagnosed 3 months ago at 325 t levels. My GP put me on Androgel 1.63 at 3-4 packs per day. It must have completely converted to E because I kept feeling like crap and after 2 months my bloods came back to 192 for my T level and my E2 was 120. He will NOT prescribe me an E blocker so I bought some Andro Surge online which I don't think is helping. I do have some liquid Letro from CEM Products but don't know if it's any good since I've had it for 1 year. He tried to put me on 400mg of cypionate test injections once every 4 weeks. I actually said hell no because I don't want the roller coaster effect. So he agreed 200 mg once every 2 weeks. I had my 1st shot 6 days ago of 200mg test and the 3rd day I felt a little better but today I feel like crap and I can't wait another week without a shot. I think I can talk him into 150 mg of test once a week. I can't do this anymore. My brain is fogged and it's hard to even get out of bed some days. I'm seriously contemplating going to the ER to see if something else is wrong with me. I am extremely fatigued. Here are my questions:
1. Should I take the liquid letro or will that make me feel worse?
2. Should I look for a Endocrinologist?
3. What are your thoughts on the 150mg per week?
Also one last thing. It may not mean anything but I have had a few cuts and scrapes from work that just won't heal. It has been almost 8 weeks for one and the others about a month.
Thank you

Frankly, you're not going to see success on the new protocol you've been given. Injecting 200mg every two weeks is a pointless exercise that will result in you feeling miserable eight or nine days after your injection. No doctor who understands testosterone's half-life would offer a patient such a protocol. Your estradiol will remain elevated...its just absurd. A good starting protocol would be 50-60mg injected every 3.5 days. Labs drawn at the six week mark would then indicate whether further adjustments are necessary.

Was your estradiol measured via the sensitive, LC, MS/MS, lab test? You posted a number that's outlandishly high, and I am sure it is elevated, but absent the sensitive e2 test, you don't know exactly where it sits. For future reference, be certain your doctor is ordering the proper test. You may find, as many do, that on a proper protocol your estradiol will drop into a comfortable range. The use of an AI may not be necessary.

Find a new doctor. You deserve quality care and it's clearly not being offered at the present time. We can suggest the names of quality physicians if you need them.

Thank you for the quick reply's. I just looked at my results again. My test is actually 182 and it says
F Estrogen Total:
120 high
40-115 pg/ml
Lab BN

Glucose Serum
115
65-95 pg/ml

What also scares me is that my glucose looks to be pre diabetic. What I haven't told you is that I am a full time firefighter, work out 3-4 days a week (use too till I got like this), my weight is 185 and I'm 5' 10" tall. I will look for someone else. I live in Belleville IL. The onl thing I can say about my current doc is that he will allow me to inject at home and I'm sure I can talk him into the other doses. What AI is recommended for 100mg of test cypionate a week? Arimidex?

Let me be clear: no AI should be prescribed in the absence of a confirmed elevated estradiol level (on the sensitive LC, MS/MS) lab test along with symptoms of high e2. Your testing on this front is utterly worthless. "Total Estrogen" is of no value - it presents no information that you or your doctor can act on. It simply a waste of time and money. By ordering it, your doctor has confirmed that he's utterly lost when it comes to male androgens. You don't know what your estradiol level is. Taking an AI at this point is a pharmaceutical game of Russian Roulette. Want to enjoy misery? Crash your e2; it's a ticket to hormone hell.

You are in the hands of a doctor who is mishandling everything. Get better care. Belleville may not offer a wide choice of doctors, but Defy Medical can treat you anywhere in the US.

You should be very concerned!

There's a lot of us who had type 2 diabetes (or pre-diabetes) when we first got our blood work back indicating low-T, which should improve once you're on a reasonable protocol. My blood sugar is still improving 3 months into my current protocol. Your GP is an idiot and don't have any business treating your lot-T symptoms! I've read a lot of posts about GP's deciding to prescribe testosterone and patient returns with side effect and the GP sends patient to endocrinologist because he is clueless as to how to proceed.

He needs a cold dead fish across the face!

Ok thank you! I understand that there is a different E test that needs to be done for males. I will look for an endo here in Belleville.
Thanks
