I'll start off by saying your high LH is the elephant in the room, we should be seeing testosterone high along with high LH. We see LH above ranges in men with testicular failure, essentially the pituitary gland is screaming at the testicles to produce testosterone, by increasing luteinizing hormone. The testicles are doing the best that they can and unfortunately it's no longer enough.
You may be at risk for losing fertility, do you by any chance have FSH tested?
DHT is low because testosterone is low.
Thyroid could show a little bit of improvement, Reverse T3 is elevated slightly, if you can find the cause Reverse T3 will come down. I got my reverse T3 (22-17) to come down by diet and exercise. Free T3 might be higher if Reverse T3 was under 15 ng/dL.
