500s at lowest zone is not low but is not perfect either.. 2x a week injections would make less difference between highest and lowest zone so you would have more stable levels day to day.. and that is the first option when you want lower estradiol much safer then Anastrozole imo.. i would try 2x a week injections and maybe little bit higher dose (like 60mgs twice a week)
