I used to get my 4 1ml/200mg for about 25$-30$ per month at CVS and once, accidentally the pharmacist put my prescription through my insurance. Surprisingly, my insurance covered it and my copay was $10 for the same amount of vials. I had assumed it wasn’t covered. Anyway, 25$ it’s pretty decent
