Negative test for sleep apnea and raised Hemoglobin

Can hemoglobin and hemocrit still be affected by excessive snoring and disrupted sleep even tho I was tested negative for sleep apnea ? Any insight would be helpful.

Im not sure the relationship in a sleep study where as you stop breathing, or just snore, or if they're technically the same. In that same arena the increased RBC/Hema can be attributed to basic lack of oxygen. Apnea or snoring, or both could be contributing factors.

Quite a while. Just started to get regular blood work in the last 8 months with beginning trt. But 6 months prior to that saw it was very high during blood work for a surgery. At that time was doing my own trt not under doctor supervision. I know the snoring has gotten worse over the last few years.
