Need a good doc in United States

I am looking for a decent doctor in America, my TT levels are in the 100-200 range. This is how I would like to do things, if anyone is doing this protocol please let me know. Thank you..

Inject on your own
Testosterone Enanthate 100 mg/week
Only visit is every 6 months to check levels

I'm on Kaiser, so they don't take mine. All my HRT is OOP, but I'm fine with that. To answer you though, I don't know if they do or don't(?). If nobody chimes in, just contact them, and/or contact Jasen Bruce.

Defy doesn't take insurance, though they have the best prices I'lve found, was a real motivator for me to switch to Defy. The only clinic I have experience with was Low T Center, they took my insurance and did all the filing, cost me $15 a week. Though they're sorely behind the times with HRT techniques and methods, and doesn't fit your stated objectives anyway.
