I was thinking about Dr. Frankl. Read that book years ago. Need to revisit it. About the chemistry of the mind, I think about it in terms of a romantic relationship. If one person stops trying or is emotionally/verbally abusive, you can't force yourself to sexually engage with them, but with another person who accepts you, loves you and is emotionally engaged, sparks fly. From personal experience, you can have excellent total and free T and still no desire and definitely, no erections. And it's the same for a woman in a dysfunctional marriage/relationship. Sex starts in the brain.
