Numbers don't look bad as Vince said, but the only way to tell if you have sub-clinical hypothyroidism is to ask your doc for a therapeutic trial and see if symptoms resolve.
I definitely don't want to dismiss your symptoms if you're presenting them.
Numbers are only part of the equation so to speak.
FT3 could be better I might like to see it closer like 3.8 or 9, though I'm not sure if that is accounting for the TSH being elevated. Pooling doesn't appear to be a problem.
