As per the latest report (1st image), my Hematocrit (PCV) is creeping up, and my RBCs have gone up as well.

Other tests on 26th Nov 2014:

Total T is 568 ng/dl.
E2 Serum is 49.77 (upper limit is 39 as per the lab report)

My Ferritin was at 61 ng/ml on 24th August 2014 (range: 22-322). Didn't get Ferritin or Thyroid tests done this time. Will do it if you guys feel it's necessary.

I'm planning to donate blood within the next week.

Your comments, please.

Hi Mocha - You are missing most of the important labs to make any comments on your blood work.

Need to see:
PSA
Free/Bio Available Testosterone
Estrogen --> Sensitive Lab
SHBG
DHEA-S
DHT (Possibly)
Prolactin (Possibly if low libido after TRT)
Full Thyroid Panel

Good on donating blood but Hematocrit in not critically elevated.

Hi Gene,

Thank you for the response.

I did my PSA and few other tests before starting TRT (which was in August 2014). Do you think it's important to get those done again?

PSA = 0.4
Thyroid panel (TSH, T3, T4) = WNL (Don't recollect the exact figures)
Free T = 40.75 (range: 8.7 - 54.7)
Estrogen --> Sensitive Lab -- isn't available here. Have looked hard.
Prolactin (Possibly if low libido after TRT) -- Prolactin was WNL as well. My libido has gone through the roof. I am a confirmed sex addict. I had also done MRI brain scans for low T earlier and everything was normal.

Have never done these tests:

SHBG
DHEA-S
DHT

Will get them done. Will also include the Thyroid panel and Cortisol (which has been borderline-high).

If you feel it's necessary to get all the other tests done, I'll do it. What do you say?

Yes, any well trained TRT Doc would want to see these labs on every subsequent pull. Very important.

Thanks, Nelson.

Any issues in donating blood before it touches 52? I ask because RBC count is high.

Second, what does it mean when the Red Cell Distribution Width is high?
