Organised by the European School of Urology and the EAU Section of Andrological Urology , this recording centres on hormone treatment in infertile men which is a challenging issue as the treatment can have both beneficial and harmful effects. Spermatogenesis is under hormonal regulation involving not only the testis but also the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus. Testosterone deficiency is seen in 20-30% of all infertile men.

This recording will shed a light on current well-established and new indications for hormone treatment in men with fertility problems. Experts in the field will provide a comprehensive overview of options and limitations regarding reproductive hormone treatment, and when and how to give it.
