Another good supplement to research for arthritis is 3-6 mg of boron.

Good for much else besides arthritis, it is reported to increase Free T. My blood tests both before and after supplementing with Boron showed a 36% increase in free testosterone.

I supplement with 3 mg twice a day of boron, I do it because I believe it strengthens by bones and hopefully helping me stop bone loss.
