Low Testosterone issues?

Your saliva labs show that your diurnal rhythm is off. This is one of the stages in adrenal fatigue. You need to see someone who understand this properly so that you can correct it. You definitely have adrenal insufficiency.

This is a good read on adrenal insufficiency and saliva tests

Good article. May explain some of my symptoms, but also they were explained when I thought my cortisol is too high.

What makes you think this is the case when all my readings except the too high morning are in range?

Some more tests from today:

Just because it's in range doesn't mean you are fine. Ranges are determined by the sick public going in for labs. They knock off the very top and bottom end and claim everything left in range is normal. The reality is that is wrong and there are thousands of members here and other places that have in range labs yet they are sick. This is why hormone specialists optimise your hormones... being just in range and being optimised is very different. And subjectively you feel better for it. You won't fully comprehend this until you get fixed up and then look abck and say oh geesh I guess those values were not helping me.

You morning cortisol is a little over range and your afternoon and evening is near the bottom of range. This establishes that your diurnal rhythm is off. These numbers are far from being optimal where you would feel normal or good. They have stages to define what level of adrenal insufficiency you are at.

All this sounds legit and logical to me. The issue now is how to find a doctor in my country, that can diagnose this and prescribes me the correct steps to fix it. I doubt there will be such a doctor. I've been to three of the best known with highest reputation and hey disappointed me.

First of all what kind of doctor should I look for about this issues, an endocrinologist? Hormone specialists - I don't think in my country(Bulgaria) we have such...

You can get a doctor here to consult with a doctor where you are, if your doctor is willing. A hormone specialists in Bulgaria, I seriously doubt it.

Yes Defy Medical does this. I'm in Canada and I do this with Defy Medical in Tampa Florida. It's all by phone. Go to their web site and see. They will want some labs from you and a report of your physical and after that the Doctor will advise you on what you need to do to get healthy. This is not expensive. It was $250 for me first time and the the MD explained what I needed to do to start feeling better. The second consult was $90. It was a huge help. The only problem you face is getting the correct labs for the MD at Defy. Without proper labs no one can do much. The concern is will your MD accept the input from the MD at Defy. If he/she doesn't then you have a problem.
