Your prostate needs further examination, a PSA of 2.23 dictates further investigation. Otherwise all I see is typical low T/Free T. I think your Thyroid looks fine enough.
 
The Clomid option sounds attractive, but I found this post where Nelson wrote:

I think nelson was referring to long term clomid use not a restart and even with a restart it seems like it still takes a while to feel better even after testosterone levels rise from what I've read on here.
