Had 2 DRs tell me that my hematocrit was high and I might look at a phlebotomy to get it down.
Here is pre and post blood work.
On "T" cream - 10% at 1/2 ml./per day

PRE - 09/11/2015
Hemog - 17.2 (12.6 - 17.7)
Hemat - 50.7 (37.5 - 51.0)
DHT - 226
FT4 - 1.25 ( 0.82 - 1.77)
FT3 - 3.0 (2.0 - 4.4)
E2 Sensitive - 23 ( 8.0 - 35.0)
Free T - 15.7 ( 6.6 -18.1)

POST - 11/05/2015
Hemog - 15.6 (12.6 - 17.7)
Hemat - 46.6 (37.5 - 51.0)
FT4 - 1.1 ( 0.82 - 1.77)
FT3 - 3.1 (2.0 - 4.4)
E2 Sensitive - 29.7 ( 8.0 - 35.0)
Free T - 11.6 ( 6.6 -18.1)
Free T and total T - 785 (348 - 1197)
Ferritin Serum - 48 (30 - 400)

Started HCG after the phlebotomy and will run blood work again at about the 30 day mark.
Iron is at the low end. Think an iron supplement is in order?

Looks good for now and ferritin is good. Long term is what you will have to keep an eye on. I need monthly phlebotomies to keep hematocrit in check and it took years before my iron levels went below range. An iron supplement took care of that.
