I can also say L-carnitine defiantly helped I took it alone sometime back and noticed morning wood coming back with it, when stopped it went away. I am 100% sure of that.I would really be curious to see how the other aminos affect you M.J. For some reason, you may be a high responder to NO stimulation. If you really wanted to be a human test laboratory, I'd say take L-arginine, Citrulline, and Neo40 Professional. Your member would probably take off like a Falcon-9 rocket.

I take blood pressure meds. I took 1500 mg yesterday of citrulline malate and felt a little dizzy when standing at times.
Probably reduced my pressure to much.
My protocol:
Get one of these and fill it with 50% citrulline and 50% arginine

Add a large coop of the mixture to juice and drink once per day before exercise
Take one of these with the juice+powder

Is it a visible BP reduction?3 g am/afternoon. Been over a year, still works esp for BP.
Exactly, Citrulline is converted into arginine and liver uptake is low, whereas the liver is good at clearing arginine so less gets into the blood. No need to take anything else if you are dosing adequately with citulline, and for some be careful mixing cialis or other similar drugs at the same time until you know how you will respond.I don´t see the point to add arginine if you take L-citrulline
Yes. Helps keep my BP in the low 120's/70's. I take 3 g of taurine along with it. I have a persistent atrial ectopy, the combination really helps to suppress it.Is it a visible BP reduction?
Thanks. Will def get some and experiment myself. Happy New Year!Yes. Helps keep my BP in the low 120's/70's. I take 3 g of taurine along with it. I have a persistent atrial ectopy, the combination really helps to suppress it.
I think it was 3gram I can double check I stopped using it but not because it wasn’t affective it does help in ER. I can feel it also in morning wood but I was abit lazy to take it.How much mg of L-Cituline per day? @M.J
Is it still effective for you? I was told it stops working as well after 1 month
That is why I stick to L-Citrulline and not Malate. The Malic acid makes it very tart.I just started using L-Citrulline Malate 2:1 Powder. My lord this stuff tastes horrible! I tried mixing with OJ and once with applesauce...both helped but I needed quite a bit of each to mask the horrible taste. Maybe capsules is the better option for me :/
Good to know. Apparently I didn't do enough DD on this one lolThat is why I stick to L-Citrulline and not Malate. The Malic acid makes it very tart.
