I was also prescribed anastrozole with DIM from Defy medical. 0.25mg anastrozole and 200mg DIM comounded together taken 2 x week the day after T Cyp shot. I literally just started with Defy (Dr Crisler) a couple of weeks ago so I have yet to get my first blood draw. Currently injecting 70mg T Cyp 2 x week and 500iu HCG 2 x week. My E2 was slightly elevated on my application bloodwork so I'm hoping to correct that with the current AI/DIM combo. Also switched from T Cyp IM to Sub Q per Dr Crisler.
Anyway, I started doing research on DIM and it definitely looks like a valuable addition to TRT especially in regards to E2. In doing so, I discovered that DIM can be destroyed by the digestive system and there is now a bioavailable version out that alleviates that issue. It's called Indolplex and is supposed to be the best form of DIM out right now. I can't post links yet but just do a Google search for "Indolplex DIM" and it will come up on amazon.
I personally haven't added it yet until I ask Dr. Crisler about it but you may want to check it out. There's also a couple of other brands with different dosages.
Dr crisler gave me the same regime and changed IM to subq and I was thinking about doing TestCYp in the stomach area and HCG behind the arm. Are you doing the same? Also I am a bit concerned about AI as I heard about it creating clotting even at a smaller dose. I read about Al that after I was prescribed. BTW I was doing both HCG and TestCYp as IM. One in the butt area and HCG in the upper arm muscle(under the shoulder).i missed one dose of HCG to settle down the E2 a bit.
My experience with over the counter stuff like Dim and chrysin which both are reported to help lower e2, do not really work. With me personally I wasted some good money on a ton of these before going on a small dose of AI. .25 e3d and keeps e2 easily managed with no adverse effects.
It sounds like Dim may help one or two guys here but I personally wouldn't waste your money.
