Is taking trt causing me to not be able to orgasm?

So I recently stopped using tadalafil (5mg daily). I gave myself a week long flushing period because I wanted to give silidenfil a try.
After my flushing period I took one 50mg tablet and wow! Best erection I've had in years!
Now the issue is I cannot seem to orgasm!!
I've been in a very good relationship for 13 years with a very understanding woman that has been right beside me thru this whole trt experience and the ed troubles.
Sex has always been great between us but now for some reason I can't get off! WTH??
I've been on trt for a year now and I'm wondering due my testicular shrinkage is it causing me to not get off?
Help!!

Nelson combines his t and hcg into one syringe. Most seem to do it separately though, and if doing it separately you can just do subcutaneous pins for the HCG.

I never reached the point where I couldn’t orgasm, but after starting trt it did eventually result delayed orgasms and also blunted the sensation a bit. HCG fixed both of those issues for me.

Yes, I inject 500 iu of HCG every third day. I combine HCG and testosterone in the same syringe. I love the results I get.

Nelson has a video on how about combining both.

There have been times where I have taken a larger dose of Cialis or Viagra where I have had trouble reaching orgasm. Usually if I refrain from climaxing for a day or two it seems to resolve itself. I think age is a factor as well (I am 56)

Best is to stop viagra and go back on your previous regimen of cialis, which I am assuming did not give you this problem.

So does Cialis. It happens to me, unfortunately, that's the only thing that improves by BPH. There are studies that back it up too but I can't find it right now (I may have posted it in the past) but a quick google search yields this:

I already take a supplement called l-citrulline. 750mg once a day

A few thoughts:

1) I've found that when my E2 levels are too low or too high, I have issues with orgasms. Get your E2 checked. It's a difficult hormone to get just "right".

2) I've had limited success with either Viagra or Cialis. All they do is give me "blue vision", make me stuffy or give me a back ache. I ditched the pills and went to using Trimix. Amazing medication, as long as you don't mind injecting into your penis.

3) I've found that if I lower my t-cyp injection amount and use more HCG (like 1200 IU 2x per week), my erections are amazing...almost as good as taking PT-141.

4) Have you tried PT-141? If not, do it. Only issue I have with this peptide is the timing when it actually kicks in - it's unpredictable at times. Example: A 1 mg dose may take 6 to 8 hours before it kicks in. A 1.5 mg dose may take 4 to 6 hours to kick in. A 2 mg dose may take 2 to 3 hours to kick in. I've also found that if I take more than 2 mg in one shot, it gives me severe nausea. Another side effect I've noticed - PT-141 apparently has a residual of some type. Take a shot on day 1 and BAM! Works great - spontaneous erections regardless of climax, almost annoying - to the point of keeping me awake in the middle of the night. Try it again on day 2 and it doesn't do much at all. I have to wait at least 4 days between PT-141 doses for it to be effective. Guess it has to "clear" out of my system.

5) Are you taking any anti-depressants or anxiety meds? I was on paroxitine for a while. While taking that med, I could "run a marathon" but I could never reach the finish line.

So I thought I would give an update since switching to Sildnefil over the taladafil. It seems that if I take only 25mg and wait about 30 min no longer. I can get a normal erection and reach orgasm in a sensible amount of time.
If I wait longer then 30 minutes it seems to make reaching orgasm much more difficult.

Im still very curious if stopping trt would be the answer for me as I havent noticed many positives since starting it other than my numbers coming into the normal range.

Im wondering if my body just didnt function with lower test levels and I jumped the gun because of my ED issues a year and a half ago.

Thoughts to ponder I suppose.
