Is it low T or High Blood pressure

I took this self assessment
RESULT OF YOUR EVALUATION - Erection Vascular that I found on youtube video on this thread - Viagra is inefficient for me, why ?

The self assessment questions -
Question - Answer
  1. Your age - 35-45
  2. Erections are short, difficult to maintain, sometimes less than a few minutes* - Yes
  3. Early morning erections are weak or have disappeared. - Yes
  4. Medications for erection (Viagra, Cialis, pills, injections) fail to improve erection - Yes
  5. Pressure around the basis of the penis, with fingers or cockring, hardens or maintains erections - No
  6. Changing position makes erections disappear. - Yes
  7. Erection is weak, penis is limp during masturbation. - Yes
  8. Ejaculation occurs on limp penis. - No
  9. Erectile dysfunction (impotence) lasts since more than 6 months, may be since adolescence. - No
  10. Erectile dysfunction (impotence) gets worse over time. - No
My symptoms are exactly the answers provided by me.

The self assessment result:

Your score is equal or over 2

A vascular disease is possible.

A Duplex-scanner will make the diagnosis of :
  • A venous disease (excessively rapid exit of blood from the penis, preventing pressure to rise in the penis)
  • an arterial disease (clogged arteries) preventing blood to flow into the penis
I am thinking my ED is clogged arteries since I have high LDL, low HDL, onset of diabetes and also hypertension.

Hey, the more fat cells one carries the more fat one can burn per week.
Thread 'Maximum Fat Loss Calculator' Maximum Fat Loss Calculator

Keep in mind that your body still needs nutrients to function properly. The less you eat the more challenging this gets.
You lost already a tremendous amount of weight/fat and there is good chance that your hormones (testosterone, insulin) will improve. Give it a chance before jumping on TRT train.
The Calculator is great.

Thanks for encouragement that I have a good chance of recovering. To improve before I try TRT, do I increase physical activity, strength training, eat more, slow down weight loss and improve my hypertension.

I hope the recovery timeline is couple months or would it take longer. When should I see a specialist for other options including TRT.

Thanks

Your fasted glucose level already improved a lot!

My recommendations:
- look into cyclic keto diet
- Supplements:
- Multi-Vitamin-Mineral
- electrolyte complex
- berberine
- experiment:
- eat a bit of fruits (apple, peach) and check if that has impact on your erection
- increase your physical activity if possible. Weight training should be possible independent of body weight. Don't know how much you can walk, ie how obese you are. Don't overdo it.
- maintain your weight for three weeks, then check your testosterone level
