Is it impossible to get 10ml vials anymore?

Yeah, the 10ml coupon prices are better than the 1ml prices, but I can't get anyone to fill 10ml other than the compounding pharmacies. Still way more than it used to be. It's about $60 for 10ml including syringes from a compounding pharmacy. More than that coupon, but at least I get a 10ml. The other problem with the coupons is the pricing isn't stable. One day you pay $40, then the next time all the sudden the price is $80. At least with the compounding pharmacies their prices seem to be consistently the same every time.

I hate the 1ml vials because of all the accumulated residual waste. You lose a little bit of product in every container, which means you lost a little bit in a 10ml vial, and 10 times that in 10 1ml vials.

The 1ml vials are overfilled to account for the waste. I find they usually have 1.1-1.2 ml. For low dose daily, the 1ml vials would be better.

While sterility generally isn't going to be an issue on a 10ml, the stoppers can degrade with a large number of punctures depending on the quality of the stopper rubber and the type of needle being used.

It's still wasted.

I agree sterility is not an issue, like the CDC claims it is. Stopper degradation? I guess if you are using a 21g every day, but a 31g makes a very tiny hole, chances are you will use you the same hole if you are going every day. I have never had any issues in degradation of the stoppers. Not even when I used 30ml vials with a 27g over a two year period. Anyway guys, I solved the whole problem with insurance and CVS. I just received 3 vials of TU that are all in 10ml vials dosed at 300mg/ml. The cost less than what big pharma sells TC for and my insurance review board is now out of the picture. Now I can go back to doing 55mgTU/5 days. I will inform my doctor next time I have and appointment.

By the way, my HCT and RBC did go down micro-dosing TC daily. So in my case even 5 day injections cause big changes in the peaks and troughs. Enough to cause a lit of side effects. Daily micro-dosing seemed to eliminate that. Same with the TU, because of the long half-life, micro-dosing every 5 days lowered the big swings enough to cut the side effects. So for me, the ester makes a huge difference in timing.

I went through the whole approval process with insurance (again) to get a 10ml vial of test cyp and opened up the box, it was a 1ml vial. That is good for 20 days (8mg/day) So before running out completely I went to the doctor to get a new script and complained. My doctor said he made it clear to CVS that he wanted me to have a 10ml vial. After two weeks of waiting I am out of the last 1ml vials they sent and getting kind of panicked since I ran out yesterday. CVS notified me last night that the prescription was filled. So I jumped in the car today in shorts and a t-shit with the wind blowing and temperatures right at 25 degrees and paid $50 for the prescription at CVS. Got home and found 10, 1ml vials. Do we not have 10ml vials anymore. I can hardly hold these small vials and finding the center to put the needle in is almost impossible. Plus, $50 for 10ml of test cyp is ridiculous. Guess I am going back to buying UG products, it cheaper and no one would ever sell a 1ml vile. Insurance and CVS are making as hard as they can for me to do TRT. Anyone else having this issue?

In the time it took me to get a doctor appointment, get the prescription approved by insurance and filled by CVS, I had already ordered UG products and had them delivered the day before CVS finally got my order filled. Honestly, it been quite a few years since I had to pay that much for test cyp.
Same situation here. I hate these little vials. For some unexplainable reason, there seems to be a shortage of the 10 ml vials, its been that way this past 6 months. I did manage to get one 6 months ago... for 130.00.

I always have a years supply, so I have 4 10 ml vials, and now 10 1 ml vials as well.

My insurance used to pay for T cyp. Then they decided to stop paying. In order to continue paying for T cyp my physician would need to appeal, write a letter, and submit multiple test results showing my testosterone is below 250. He said the review boards will rarely accept the hypogonadism diagnosis - despite the fact that it is coming from a world renowned expert on the condition. So I started cash pay for T cyp from a big chain pharmacy. At that time it was cheap, so not a big deal. But then everyone starting increasing their prices on T cyp, so that it's not so cheap any more. At that point I switched to using a compounding pharmacy as it is cheaper than cash pay at the big chain pharmacies.

Despite the laws that limit the practice of medicine to licensed physicians, pharmacists and insurance bureacrats regularly practice medicine. Of course our governement agencies that are supposed to be protecting their constituents are part of the medical cabal that largely pursues maximum revenue extraction instead.
"pharmacists and insurance bureaucrats regularly practice medicine."

Oh yes they do... I have had more than one argument with a pharmacist who tried to tell me I can't get a 10 ml vial. I have always prevailed...;)

Never had a problem TC, but when I was experimenting with daily HCG I had a stopper degrade to the point that I started getting bits of stopper in the vial. I think it has more to do with low quality rubber being used than anything else.

Most likely a quality issue. I did have a stopper issue in a product I got that used
small percent of ethyl oleate as a carrier. The ethyl oleate seemed to degrade rubber pretty quickly. The stoppers looked like they were going to explode outward.

My UGL uses grape seed oil + silicone stopper. Easy draw and never a dull needle. They post 3rd party lab tests along with great customer service. I'm not "promoting" as I have nothing to gain from stating this...so it's just me mostly saying there are options out there for those fed up with with big pharma & big chain pharmacies. And the BS that often comes from going through insurance too.

PS ...& T vials are 10 mil

I buy 10-1ml ampoules all the time, BUT I can relate to having trouble getting it out from shaking cause my nerves are always wide open, lol.
The ampoules are easier to keep track of and less chance of cross contamination from inserting the needle so many times into one vial, some ppl wanna use the needle filter but it's unnecessary tbh, I've never had to use one, they never break into small enough pieces to get thru the needle, even when they explode in my hand, lol.
Plus, if you buy UG gear they're less likely to have fake gear in 1ml ampoules.
I said, "less likely", but it can happen, I've always gotten great results even from the extremely foreign places I've ordered from, lol.

When I was going through insurance, they would only allow me to fill 4 weeks worth. In my case, that was 4 1ml vials. It sucked. Now I go through Defy and pay out of pocket and always get the 10ml vials.

The following options may be worth considering:
Online pharmacies: Try looking for online pharmacies that can provide prescription drugs and deliver them by post. This may offer more options for purchasing the medication you need.
Contact local pharmacies: Call various local pharmacies to see if they provide prescription services. Some pharmacies may offer better prices or special deals.
Discussing with your doctor: If you can't find a satisfactory option, talk to your doctor about possible alternatives or recommendations for buying the right medication.
Price research: Use online resources to compare drug prices at different pharmacies. This can help you find the best combination of price and availability.

The problem I have is my insurance company dictates what pharmacy I can use...CVS. I am not going to be price gouged by paying cash to use a compound pharmacy and have a hard time rationalizing why I should pay more for a product I can easily get through UG connections that are 1/4 the price. I actually prefer to use testosterone undecanoate and in the good ol' US of A, I can't get a pharmacy to sell me this for any price. So I have been forced into a corner. Anyway, my problem is solved and the TU I am using is very good, 300mg/ml make with MTC oil. Very easy to inject sub-q. Not to mention, I didn't have to search pharmacies, beg for what I need or have these endless idiotic arguments with the bureaucrats at the insurance company.. They can just continue to pay for doctor visits and blood work.
