Is HCG still available?

I go through Defy Medical for my TRT and used HCG with it for a long time. Is it just no longer available? They switched me to Pregnyl which is $260 for a little bottle. This is becoming unaffordable. Are there alternatives and is there any way to get HCG?

Yes, this is the one. This particular company seems to be OK. I have gone through 1 vial already and no allergic reaction at all. I don't have any idea about the other BW that is on Amazon, just this particular one.

Have you ever tested it when you get towards the end of the vial?

I use to get the 10k vials but when I tested it towards the end of the vial ot would not show positive on a pregnancy test.

Now I only buy the 5k vials and they still show positive when it's almost all used up.

I've never tested any HCG.

I have been getting name brand hcg for about 128 $ for 10,000 IU from a mom and pop pharmacy out of pocket.... I have been stretching it tho. Do you guys think its even still doing anything now its been mixed in the fridge for september 2023...so 6 months ...its clear and it looks fine. i do 200 IU 2x a week ..... im wondering if I should do a little more since its so old.... thoughts?

I bought the first time HCG from reliable, but I'm a bit concerned about buying the bac water, looking at the reviews on Amazon some people get bad reaction, others infection at the injection site?

I hadn’t heard about the possible issues with the bacteriostatic water. Or I didn’t read reviews. But as stated above I had some burning with the HCG I bought last. I thought it was the HCG but maybe it was the water. The one listed here is the one I am using. I bought a couple of different HCG brands so I just tried another one. Used the same bottle of water as I did on first vial. I had slight burning when I used second vial of HCG So I’m not really sure but I think I might try a different brand of water next time. I’m planning on using the HCG I already have mixed though because other than burning while injecting I don’t see any other complications. I will note though that up until the last 2 months I had been using HCG from Empower I had stocked up on and the HCG I got from Reliable is much more potent using same dose.

Pregnyl has been out of stock/backordered at all of my local pharmacies for the last few months. I posted about this yesterday, but Rite Aid finally got me a generic HCG made by Fresenius Kabi, $199 for two 10mL vials, and my body seems to respond to it as well as as I've responded to Pregnyl. Anecdotally, I have not felt as good on the generics I have bought from Reliable over the last few years, my body seems to really like Pregnyl specifically and other members report the same, so this is a welcome development. As I theorized elsewhere, the positive response to the FK generic may have something to do with Fresenius buying Merck's biosimilars portfolio a few years ago.

Anyway, it's not just you, it's hard to find in stock. Reliable is perfectly serviceable, I just haven't felt as good on Sifasi, ZyHCG, etc as I do on Pregnyl. YMMV.

The Fresenius Kabi generic has bumped up to $475 for a single 10mL vial, so I'm back to ReliableRX just because I can't afford that right now and I've found UGL HCG to be wildly unreliable in quality and potency. Is Reliable still the move? My order just finally cleared German customs this morning after a three week delay, so I've been unmedicated for over a month.

EDIT: I have also bought the same bac water linked above by @Gianluca and have used it for all of my non-prescription injections (other peptides, RCs, etc) and have never had any problems.

Just buy it from overseas. Very cheap and arrives in 2-3 weeks. Napsgear.org It’s a big word out there. Bought for without problems.

oh yeah, I factored a month of shipping time into my decision, but it's now been six weeks and they're still in Germany.

Completely unjustifiable system we have here. Why did the new cheap generic increase in price 1000% overnight? Because fuck you, that's why!

I have 15 vials sitting at home. With the low price at reliablerx, it's easy to stack up.
