I need some serious help with ED

You can put your type 2 diabetes in remission. Carnivore diet will put you in ketosis and normalized your glucose. I'll bet your ED goes away too.

This could help, but and also be another problem if your body can't clear\process Cholesterol properly.

I will also add, Sildenifil gives me nothing but side effects, but Vardenafil I recently got a script for works very well at only a 5mg dose and no sides. Evidently a little more targeted than others. I got a script for 30 20mg tablets (just split them) Cost is $60 at Mark Cuban's Cost plus drugs.

Are you aware of the recent Harvard study on the carnivore diet?

A 95% improvement is all diseases/overall health. This pretty much shows you the cause of most diseases. It's the diet.

The self-reported changes in health status were overwhelmingly positive:

Contrary to common expectations, adults consuming a carnivore diet experienced few adverse effects and instead reported health benefits and high satisfaction. Cardiovascular disease risk factors were variably affected. The generalizability of these findings and the long-term effects of this dietary pattern require further study.

  • 95% improved overall health
  • 91% improved hunger/food cravings
  • 89% improved energy
  • 85% improved mental clarity
  • 83% improved focus
  • 78% improved strength
  • 76% improved endurance
  • 69% improved sleep
  • 69% improved chronic disease
  • 66% improved memory

How chronic conditions changed

  • 98% improved or resolved diabetes and insulin resistance
  • 97% improved or resolved gastrointestinal conditions
  • 96% improved or resolved musculoskeletal issues
  • 96% improved or resolved psychiatric symptoms
  • 93% improved or resolved overweight/obesity (mean BMI decreased from 27.2 to 24.3)
  • 93% improved or resolved hypertension
  • 92% improved or resolved urologic issues
  • 92% improved or resolved dermatologic issues
  • 89% improved or resolved autoimmune conditions
  • 84% improved or resolved cardiovascular issues

How medication use changed

  • 100% discontinued other diabetes injectables
  • 92% discontinued insulin for type 2 diabetes altogether
  • 90% discontinued or decreased insulin
  • 84% discontinued oral diabetes medications.

Level of satisfaction with the carnivore diet

  • 98% of participants reported being very satisfied or satisfied

ohhh woww
This is bad news for doctors, hospitals, and big Pharma. Your doctor can get in trouble if he/she were to recommend the carnivore diet. It’s not supported by the various agencies that write the guidelines for nutrition.

Cheerios is highly processed food and cereals are in general very bad for diabetes. The diabetes Association of America promotes Cheerios on its website as part of a healthy breakfast.

Why would a public health charity promote a product that its own science shows contributes to the disease it is fighting?

Far from what one would consider highly processed in todays foods

Whole Grain Oats, Corn Starch, Sugar, Salt, Tripotassium Phosphate. Vitamin E (mixed tocopherols) Added to Preserve Freshness. Vitamins and Minerals: Calcium Carbonate, Iron and Zinc (mineral nutrients), Vitamin C (sodium ascorbate), A B Vitamin (niacinamide), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin A (palmitate), Vitamin B1 (thiamin mononitrate), A B Vitamin (folic acid), Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3.

There are a laundry list of benefits described in that study and you got stuck on the high LDL? Are you aware of how poorly LDL cholesterol predicts CVD compared to 20 more impactful factors? If you're still concerned about it, take some lipid-lowering medication along with the diet. Dietary interventions to lower LDL cholesterol have led to some dramatically bad outcomes. My cardiologist even cited this specific study in warning me against using diet as a strategy to reduce LDL cholesterol: Re-evaluation of the traditional diet-heart hypothesis: analysis of recovered data from Minnesota Coronary Experiment (1968-73) - PubMed

This was my original comment
"This could help, but and also be another problem if your body can't clear\process Cholesterol properly"

He presented a weak study, if you look at the method. My best friend does carnivore, his LDL stay in the 220-240 range. Is that good long term? So the same goes for yeah he could take a statin, but then again you could take metformin on the other end as well.

Also stating "A 95% improvement is all diseases/overall health"
Hell I could get myself on this forum if thats the case....lol

I get it has carnivore has its benefits and you are correct, but I know some people need carbs and plenty of them to feel great. I think it comes down to your genetic make up in terms of diet type.

The people that make statements such as these are addicted to carbs and don't want to give up old ways. That dopamine rush, gotta have it!

The body makes its own carbs even if you don't consume them.

A weak study doesn't mean the study is wrong. It's well known that the carnivore diet can reverse cancer by putting the body in a state of ketosis starving the cancer cells and a lot of other diseases can be cured or put into remission, some of these diseases that didn't exist 100 years ago, yet you're still on the fence.

Then you point out about the high LDL, which isn't an accurate predictor of bad health outcomes. Perhaps consider this is an indication you're a little behind the times.
