I need Help with these lab results

My doctor has been very good to me and do listen to me but I am not sure if he has the diagnosis. We are waiting for the karyotype test result and after that I would call his office and find out if he will refer me to the specialist? Please do recommend any expert specialists who deal with this issue? Thanks.
