How to lower prolactin without caber?

Am taking 200mg Test cyp 2X week with 500iu HCG 2X per week, on those days I also take .25 anastrozole. Just had levels checked

Test level = 1100ish,
Free Test = 27,
Estrodial sensitive = 47 (just above top end of normal)
prolactin = 17 (just above top end of normal)

I think throwing in another .25 of arimidex per week should lower e2, but what do I do to lower the prolactin??

Vitamin B6 is said to lower Prolatin and the P5P version is better & safer in larger doses. I have not tried it myself though so I am only repeating what I have read other places.

People suffering from this illness create abnormally high levels of chemicals called kryptopyrroles, which bind to zinc and B6 in the body, creating deficiencies in both. The standard treatment for pyroluria is high dose zinc and B6 supplementation, typically 50-150 mg and 250-1500 mg respectively (way above the RDA for both).

Side effects: High doses of B6 taken for many months can cause nerve problems such as tingling in the fingers and numbness in the toes (peripheral neuropathy); B6 can also worsen sleep quality in some people and cause vivid dreams. Ways around these side effects: One way to avoid the ***8216;finger tingling***8217; that high dose B6 can cause is to take the activated form of B6 called Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P5P) - the activated form of B6 does not cause these nerve issues. In fact, the reason that high dose B6 causes nerve problems is that the body can***8217;t always process very high B6 doses properly and this creates a deficiency of the active form of B6, P5P.

Recommended dosage: To lower prolactin levels I would recommend you take 50 to 200mg of P5P a day, in divided doses. If you want to take regular B6, which as I've mentioned can sometimes cause minor side effects, take 300 to 1000 mg per day in divided doses. Read the label before you buy B6 because the Pyridoxine Hydrochloride type of B6 (in most supplements) has been shown to be a prolactin inhibitor but Pyridoxal hydrochloride has been shown to be ineffective at lowering prolactin (6) ***8211; make sure you buy the right type!
 
I would not add in more Anastrozole, I would dial back the HCG which can promote Aromatase in the testes which is tougher to control. Wherever you're at as an individual but there's little reason to use 500iu HCG twice per week.
 
Pete, how are you feeling on your current protocol? Your levels look pretty good to me and ERO has some good advice.
 
last time I tested my Prolactin I didn't molest myself for 72hours, got a "5" which is my usual. I think that that was with .25mg Caber (research liquid) BIW

I feel goodish. Libido is a little low, wood isn't as great as I'd like it to be when its time.

I don't believe that that's true TestCyp and HCG don't work together to continue producing Endo T. If you're on T, which you are, there's no Endo T being produced no matter how much HCG you use.

I’m trying p5p should I take every day or like 2 a week
 
nicotine lowers prolactin, any dopamenergic like l tyrosine or ice bath will lower prolactin. Ive hear masterbation raises it while sex doesn't have that big of an effect.

Sauna raises it so does excersize bouts but only for a bit.

I have read a couple papers which said nicotine (smoking) increases prolactin in males. And a few others which show it decreased it in pregnant or lactating females.
I have only read it lowers prolactin. Interesting experiment though and you could be right. Who knows?
