What do u attribute the body temp and nervous system changes to? Anything specific in ur protocol that u’ve changed, or u have no idea what specifically could if caused these changes?
I’d say the most immediate things that have done this are the addition of cigarettes instead of little nicotine pouches and also reduction in food down to 2500 cal.
However I cannot rule out the aggregate of other things I have done recently.

Interesting finding. My body temperature is up from 97.8 yesterday in the evening to 99 this evening. I’ve gone from 200 lbs to 192 in 5 days. I can see my veins for once. Also, 8 pack is looking quite a bit more defined.

I’m off the caffeine and cigarettes. At first a rush of cortisol always feels good. But not anymore.
The hcg has really started to fill out my package. Also abstaining from any self sexual activity for 2 weeks has changed everything. It’s crazy the interactions I’m having with a few women. Unfortunately at this very moment I have blue balls from edging today.

My goal is to adjust hcg dosage to maximum e2 or progesterone (whichever hits top of reference range first) and then see where my testosterone level is at that dose. Then use the hydro base to bring levels up to 800-850 peak. Then from there maybe supplement a little e2 in dmso if progesterone is too high in comparison.
Without hcg my progesterone was .4 (0-.5). Which is why I think I have low e2 along with having naturally high dht.
