High IGF-1 Is this something to worry about?

Igf-1 level says HIGH at 239 ng/ml (75-216) Im not even sure what this means or what it does.. but is it something to worry about?

Yours isn't that high, it may be over the range slightly, but is not considered very high, it's not like you're opening yourself up to cancer or anything.

I would give anything to have those numbers, I even tried peptides which didn't work.
