I had the same issue as you when I started TRT. I’ve always had perfect blood pressure, in great shape, and eat healthy. I noticed your E2 is 48.9. That’s pretty high. Especially since your SHBG isn’t that high. My blood pressure was 160/90 at it’s worst and had E2 even higher than you. As soon as I started taking an AI regularly and got my E2 into the 20-30 range I had perfect blood pressure almost instantly. I’m no doctor but, I would be pretty confident to say that your high estrogen and lack of an AI is causing your BP issues.
Thanks for the reply. Did you have any changes in mood or libido with the addition of the AI? I’m not even sure at what dose to start. It scares me to crash my E2. I’m not sure if E2 also fluctuates up and down with the injection time, but i have noticed that my BP is the highest after injection and starts going down, up to 10 points, the day before my next injection. So it goes up and down with my dose.
