Help needed, High numbers.

I am microdosing 4 times a week at 20mg to 22mg using a 1ml insulin syringe with a 1/2" needle. Injection site outter thighs rotating each time.
My prescription is a 200 mg per 1 ml vile.
So when I draw into the syringe I'm stopping at the .10 mark which I think should be 20mg. Is this correct?
I'm not feeling well with high numbers such as this and never have.
I like the microdosing so far as it has not affected my scrotum or testicles to any degree which normally happens on twice a week Injections.
I've been doing this for six months and first quarter bloodwork was a TT of 912 so I'm steadily moving up.
I've dropped all of my supplements 3 months ago as I felt like this could have some impact?
For now I have stopped injecting, day .
4 today.
Could someone please comment on the amount of T I am drawing to see if I am correct in the amount of if I'm misreading the .10mg actually being 20mg at 200mg per 1 ml.
Thanks
Joe

That is correct.
What do mean by "I'm steadily moving up"?
One thing to consider is that trough and peak are different compared to your previous twice per week schedule. Maybe that's confusing you?

Hey thanks for the reply.
Steadily moving up from 912 to 1223 in 3 months.
My trough this time was 14 hours.
My estradiol and free t have never been this high.
What is a good trough time between last shot and bloodwork while microdosing?

Yes you are good to go here!

The most commonly used esterified T (TC/TE) comes in 10 ml vial (200mg/ml) strength.

Some men like you are using the 1 ml vial (200 mg/ml) strength.

Seeing as you are drawing/injecting using a 1ml (100 unit) fixed insulin syringe than 1 unit = 2mg esterified T.

You are drawing /injecting .10 ml (10 units) = 20 mg esterified T.

Yes you are hitting a high TT 1223 ng/dL and although TT is important to know FT is what truly matters here as it is the active unbound fraction of T responsible for the positive effects.

Luckily you had your FT tested but it was done using the known to be inaccurate direct immunoassay and should not be used/replied upon.

Again as I have stated numerous times on the forum over the years the only way to know where your FT truly sits would be testing it using the most accurate assay the gold standard Equilibrium Dialysis especially in cases of altered SHBG.

From what I remember from some of your previous threads you had high SHBG as a natty.

Have no idea where it sits as of now but it is a given that your FT would be very high/absurdly high if you have low/lowish or normal SHBG and it would still be high-end/high if you had highish/high SHBG.

From your reply in post # 3

Big red flag here is you tested during the peak which would be within 24 hrs post-injection which means your true trough (lowest point) before your next injection TT and more importantly FT let alone estradiol will be lower!

You stated that your are injecting 4X weekly.

What days are you injecting then we can determine your true trough!

Another big red flag is you are missing critical blood markers RBCs, hemoglobin and hematocrit!

3 days a week is where I'll restart soon .
Total bloodwork attached.
So is a 72 hour trough the standard from last injection to get the best results?
