I totally hear you. And I agree. TRT isn’t the magic solution either. Combining hcg and TRT might not be either. I have just begun a new step in what’s going to be a long journey. The only thing is that I’m not miserable. Only frustrated and hoping for the best. You seem fine too. Keep us posted about how it goes for you.

But I am only taking hcg nothing else I am 100% sure it did increase libido most likely along with T but it’s not happening daily it happened 4 times in let say 3 weeks the rest of the time I am as good as dead :/

HCG alone likely does not increase your T enough to consistently raise libido. Do you know your Free T or DHT numbers?

Yes I have free t But no DHT. I did two test during the three weeks on hcg I noticed one test had high reading which I didn’t see in the last 10 tests I did, also increased in libido.
But it’s not consistent I have yet to see that again.
It was 3 times thing in three weeks. Now I’m in my fourth week with 300iu.

You probably need to get on Testosterone, in addition to the HCG you are taking. If you are hypogonadal, HCG alone just isn't going to cut it.

I guess so, I am just waiting for my dr appointment until then trying different things I wonder what could happen if I increased my hcg dosage

Guys if HCG cant increase T, does it means my Leydig cell are fucked up ?
If so how would it help with fertility and other hormone if taken with testosterone cuz looking at this how can it increase other hormones if the leydig cells r screwed ?
