hcg-hyperthyroidism

So I had been cruising on TRT with no issues for about 8 years. Starting at .25 ml twice a week from 200mg/ml vials of cypionate. Reducing this down to .14ml over the course of about 2 years.
I wanted to improve my fertility, and began hcg protocol.
I was taking between 600iu to 800iu of hcg about 3 times per week for roughly 6 months. About 2 months in, I had a CT scan of chest for an unrelated issue and they noticed a slightly enlarged thyroid, but didn't think it was an issue.
By month 6, my free t4 hit above the normal range, which prompted my doctor to advise to discontinue.
I discontinued on May 8th completely, but my t3 and t4 have continuously risen since discontinuing.
My last readings:
Free T4 3.8 ng/dl
Free T3 511 pg/dl
I am getting pretty severe symptoms including insomnia, rapid heart rate, major weight loss, and eye pressure.
Has anyone else experienced this from hcg and how did they remedy it?
Got appointment with trt doctor this Wednesday.
I have never had any thyroid issues.
Appreciate any and all advice.
