I think I'm going to just go off everything and see where I end up at. If I go back on something again I'm thinking SubQ testosterone injections with HCG to keep fertility and functional. Can anyone confirm the viability of that?

Certainly viable. Whether that's the right move for you given your youth and marginal hypogonadal status is for you and a competent specialist to decide. Even if you go that route you'll want an expert to help dial it in. You don't want to repeat with TRT what was done with hCG even if it wasn't your fault.

How true. Thankfully telecare works quite well. You may even find a local MD who will go along the telecare MD's recommendations by ordering labs and writing scripts.

It can take time, and it can cost money, but it can be done and it is worth it. As Re-Ride noted, the tele-care/tele-health model has proved to be a success.
