The double blind study on the correlation between hCG and sexual predation by legislators -inferred- but does not prove, that the predation by legislative members is linked to those members NOT using hCG. The investigators inferred that the accused legislators: i) were not on hCG because they could find no published reports of them taking hCG , ii) committed the crimes in response to pain from ascended shriveled testicles, iii) likely would not have committed these crimes if they had had ready access to otc hCG.
