Not sure if anyone will respond I know this thread is 4 years old..
But still a big topic for my life...
I'm 39 and I've been on trt for about 7 years...
I didn't start HCG till the 2nd or 3rd year when my testicles became completely atrophied...
Cut to present day I have developed BPH, awful... And I'm attributing a % of it to the testosterone therapy over the years because I am still relatively young and this started 2 years ago when I was 37.....
I now have testicles the size of marbles and so many lower urinary tract issues. I've been lowering my testosterone on my own and managing my HCG on my own with just my primary doctor and blood work every 6 months..PSA is good
LH and FSH are like the lowest number on the chart... Testosterones around 700 to 850 I have labs if anyone wants I can repost.
I'm down to 65 mg of testosterone cyp. And I'm only taking 200 IU 2x weekly of HCG. I'm wondering if I should update HCG dosage.
My goal is to get off of the trt as I'm aging with this BPH I'm worried that it will make things worse..
And I'm wondering if there's any hope that my testicles will ever get back to even half the size they were with HCG being a higher dose
sorry this got a little off topic..
Anyone that can provide any insight .. and knows of any doctors in North New Jersey that take horizon NJ health.
