HCG deteriorating?

Last month I switched my TRT over to Dr. Saya and was prescribed HCG and Anastozole and with Test Cyp. After a week of injections I felt great. Yesterday when preparing my hcg injection I notice the hcg had white precipitate and what appear to be either air bubbles or some sort of oil bubble. Is this normal or should I call the clinic for a new prescription. I gently swirled the vial trying to get the precipitate reabsorbed but it had no effect. I also must admit that I do not have the same energy and libido I had for the first 4 weeks. Thanks in advance.

Gene, thanks for the reply. Prior to Dr Saya I was on 25 ml test cyp 2 x weel subq. My Estradiol was 42.3 ref range 7.6-42.6. Test was 596. Dr. Saya prescribed 35 ml test 2 x week, .25 mg anastazole x week and 50 ml hcg 2 x week.

We use mg when we talk about Testosterone injections. .25 ml would be equal to 50 mg per injection or 100 mg per week. Going to 35 ml is a nice bump and will get you higher in Total and Free Testosterone as well.

We use units when we talk about HCG dosing so I am not sure what 35 ml means and how your HCG is reconstituted but Dr. Saya knows his shit so I am sure your dose is within clinical guidelines.

Your E2 was high and why he prescribed the AI and the dose of .25 mg is very small which is exactly what you want with this drug; start low and go slow.

Give your body a chance to adjust to the new protocol.

Dr. Saya is a good guy and knows his stuff so you are in excellent hands.

Good morning sir
I have had two other reports of the HCG not mixing correctly at the pharmacy and we are working with the pharmacist today on resolving it. They altered their formula as of recent and it changed the preservatives used which can alter the way bacteriostatic water mixes at times. The pharmacy will replace it at no cost, just contact Defy today.
