Have ED now got blood work

What about the fact i had really good erections, now i have some ED
i had an e2 test around 27, 3 weeks into TRT, 6 weeks in was a lot higher

Estradiol follows testosterone. As the latter rises, the former typically follows (though not always to a level that is of concern). A trough reading of your testosterone, taken just before your next injection, will also provide you with a somewhat better feel for where E2 is actually sitting. I would do nothing until you have both readings in hand. It's easy to become impatient to "fix" something when adjusting a TRT protocol. I believe it's best to be careful and go slowly.

Does E2 stabilize (have its up and downs) when first starting TRT? It seems 6 weeks should be sufficient for things to stabilize ?

What adjustment would need to be made to control e2? besides adding in arimidex or lowering TRT dosage which apparently I'm already on the lowest dosage.

Regardless if test results it doesn't change the effects I once had great erections while starting TRT then developed some ED.. wouldn't this clearly point to high e2 regardless of when i tested?

You can't "by feel" things, you can't add an AI because you feel this way or that way from one day to the next. You can keep on talking about it here if you like but there's nothing to be said in reply, without those labs.

I will wait then id rather avoid arimdiex because of the insane cost, going to be like $30 a month but if it makes me good its worth it

I will go for a next thursday morning for a blood test this would be my "trough" reading since thursday would be my normal injection day.
Does this look sufficient ?

I think that's a good set of tests, only thing I'd change is standard e2 to sensitive e2.

If you inject Monday night, Thursday morning, yeah that's fine. Even if it's Monday morning and Thursday night, 12 hours really shouldn't make a huge difference in your levels.

Make a note, and ask your doctor to record in your chart that the sensitive E2 test is the ONLY lab evaluation of estradiol you are to undergo. You may find that you have to mention this every time tests are ordered.

Thursday morning is better timing wise for me anyways.

Oh, I assumed you did monday morning, thursday night. Either way, yeah it woulda been 12 hours difference. I'm splitting hairs here lol.
