Has anyone’s testicles ever NOT recovered? It’s been over 2 years, and mine are still atrophied. They’re still smaller than before. What can I do?

Have you tried a course of HCG? I use HCG on day 1 and 2 and my T cyp shot on day 3 and my nuts are bigger than ever. Like coconuts.
Well, not quite that big, but pretty big!

Why did you stop T? Maybe you can go on the Crisler protocol and see what happens.

I’m just starting HCG. I did it for 3-4 weeks when I came off Test injections, but that’s it.
I’m doing 1000iu 3x per week now, and hoping for the best.

I stopped because I never really could get dialed-in properly. Just easier to quit entirely…but now I’m left with smell nuts and very very low semen volume that’s watery.

Even with a descent TT 550 ng/dL your FT is dismal!

Looks like you are back to square one!

Look over your pre-trt labs from 2017 before you took the plunge.

You were hitting a TT 484.9 ng/dL, had high SHBG 60.2 nmol/L and your FT was on the bottom end as cFTV would have it sitting around 6.74 ng/dL!

If you had it tested using the most accurate assay (ED) it would have most likely been even lower.

Was on TRT for 2 weeks and horrible...do I need PCT?

I didn’t think my FT was low. Isn’t it within range? Is that lab range not the best to go off of?

I do have a history of high SHBG, yes. I’m assuming I likely still have high SHBG.

Based on labwork, I am back at baseline TT and FT levels, yes. But my testicles are still atrophied and my semen parameters are much much much different. Could those symptoms be from my low FT?

Your FT is shitty as it sits at the bottom-end, you are not even hitting the mean!

Most healthy young males are hitting a cFTV 13-15 ng dL.

Numerous things can have a negative impact on semen volume.

Aging, low testosterone, certain medications (exogenous T, 5ARis) to name a few.

Low FT can cause issues with testicular size/ejaculate volume.

The ONLY thing that worked for me is Clomid. Enclomiphene is good but not as strong as Clomid. I found this article. It says to increase your Vitamin D intake as well. I mean I took 10,000 IU of Vitamin D daily for a month now I’m at 5k. I noticed my balls are a bit bigger. Nothing overwhelming but a noticeable change. So Enclomiphene and high Vitamin D intake and see if that helps broski. Best wishes.

With enclomiphene, I have no idea where to buy the REAL stuff. So many of these nonsense peptide companies have been found selling fake enclomiphene that is actually Clomid. If you know where to obtain real enclomiphene that is trustworthy I am all ears.

You have recovered the labs all look good. I think testicle size was your concern. So now you could just concentrate on a testicular support stack emphasis on antioxidants ie NAC ALCAR Vit C Zn Selenium Melatonin Aspartic acid. I believe you are only 2 years down the track and based on my experience still some potential growth back especially since you are only 40 after all
