Hi Guys! I had a green light laser about 16 months ago for a slightly enlarged prostate. What a night mare! With in 3 months I was impotent. Had retrograde ejaculation and I quess that’s part of the procedure. I’m 71 and still sexually active. Prior, with PDE5drugs. Now nothing. I had 7 gainswave procedures, 2 prp shots and I have to say I would engorge but not hard enough for penetration. I’m thinking about one last prp shots with economies. Any experience out there?
