Good levels but no libido

Hi Guys
I'm on TRT about 9 months now.

Overall I do feel better, I feel less irritable, I'm happier, I can think straight everything is much better, but when it comes to my libido and sex drive I'm getting no where, I thought I was, first injection and some days later I was so horny and it lasted a week.

I got my labs done today, it's week 4 after an injection, nebido 1000ml 4ml vial.

Results are

Testosterone 635 ng/dl range 246 to 838

E2 144 pmol/L range 99 to 192

SHBG 26.4 nmol/L range 18 to 54

Corsitol 190 nmol/L range 119 to 618 nmol/L

Albumin 40gl range 35 to 50

How's those figures at week 4, can I do anything to sort libido sex drive ?

Hey Mikey- It appears you and I are in the same boat although I haven't started TRT yet. My libido/erections have been in the toilet for almost two years. I do, however have low T. May I ask when your issues started? Your age? etc.?

Went undiagnosed for years ..

Have symptoms years....
Thankfully I was diagnosed last year

Did your libido die overnight or was it gradual? I'm asking because mine up and went like a fart in the wind.

Not sure think overnight. Or maybe a day or two after having a little libido then gone

I'm guessing you're 45-46 years old? I'm 45. Did you experience any life changing/life style events during the loss? I was horny as a 16 year old up until 2015-Feb. Then it just disappeared.

It could well be your libido is being influenced negatively by your estradiol level. I realize you don't have access to the appropriate, sensitive test, and relying on the standard, your only option, is a murky challenge. A very slight dose of Anastrozole might be worth considering. Your doctor is committed to Nebido?

Where is your DHT? My libido depends more on this number than any other number. There are a few studies out there that show the more frequent injections, the less that converts to DHT. Of course, i dont have links to those studies right now.

Lonestar no big lifestyle change, thanks guys will check out DHT, and if need be side of Anastrozole

Coastwatcher, my doc is great. He takes suggestions quite well, he would change from nebido if I wanted too but only option is the gel
