Estradiol (E2) and libido. Is my mine too low?

Can anyone take a look at the numbers? I have been having significant libido and ED when the time arises. I do get morning wood most mornings. I am wondering if I my e2 is actually too low? I've been off anastrozole for 8 months as it drove it too low. (like <10 sometimes) I take 60 mg of test x 2 week. And typically 100 IUs of HCG daily. My DHEA is a little on the low end and my thyroid and Rt3 are great. Thanks!

I would just supplement with DHEA.

This would help bring up DHEA and (from many reports around here) may bring up the e2 a little bit to see if that helps with libido.

I don’t believe e2 of 22 is low for all individuals. For me, e2 under 25 causes me fatigue, hot flashes, sweats, low libido. Others do fine with e2 in the 10-20 range. All depends on the individual.

I would say your numbers generally look great, except the DHEA which isn’t terrible and can easily be boosted with a daily supplement.

I think a dose increase would do you good. You have plenty of room for improvement in both free T and E2. If I were you I would probably try upping your dose to 140mg/ week, and switch to injecting EOD. I would also just do EOD injections of HCG to keep things simple. There’s no need/ added benefit to injecting it daily, as far as I know.

To fully assess your thyroid you would need to get free T3 done.

And I would absolutely try and get your DHEA up. It’s extremely low. The low end of the range probably represents 90 year old men that are on deaths door. You’re not much higher than that.

I agree with everyone. E2 is not too long, I would supplement with DHEA. You could try injecting 500 IU of HCG twice a week.

In February my DHEA was 209 and my Defy consult wanted me to go back to supplementing. I had it up to 320 in 2018 when I was taking some.

I've been taking a 50mg every other day. I should have my lab results in a day or two and my consult in a week. I'll let you know what they say about the range. I believe they want people in the upper half or quarter range.

Hard to say really. I've been actively dropping a lot of body fat this year (232 lbs Jan 1. Joined a gym, 188 lbs today. Lift 6 days a week when not injured). In July I felt like a million bucks literally 24/7.

But I also stopped taking my AI in April so my E2 went from 19 to now 49. SHBG from 34 to 54.
Free test from 18 to 23. Total test from 968 to 1051. So there's still a ton of variance in my stats...

How you feeling now compared to July?

I'd say most days range from 7.0 - 10.0 on a scale of 1-10 as far as overall well being. July was closer to 9.0 - 10.

Libido was basically 10/10 non stop. Now it's more like 6 - 9.5 range. However there were days where I wondered if I even wanted my libido that high. Literally hornier than when I was 16. Perhaps if I were more sexually active then that thought would change though.
