They are misleading people. They did not get “approved” by the FDA. They got “cleared” as a device. Not a hard thing to get.It does sound rather scammy with the proposed way of working, with paid "experts" promoting it. The question is how it got through clinical studies and European and FDA approval.
Also it is highly overpriced for a simple waterless alcohol/propylene glycol gel, that's why they have to hype it up like that.
